Welcome to East Keating Township - Clinton County, PAEast Keating Township, established on January 19, 1875, is located in Western Clinton County, Pennsylvania and has a total area of 51.4 square miles. The township currently maintains just over seven miles of roads (TW305 Keating Mountain Road with 4.27 miles and TW306 - Vincent Drive with 2.8 miles). During the winter months, there is no winter maintenance on TW305 - Keating Mountain Road. All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) can operate on township maintained roads per Township Multi-Use Ordinance #105-1999. ATVs must be properly licenced and insured. All riders MUST wear helmets. Township Supervisors meet on last Friday of the month at 7pm. Act 13 - Unconventional Gas Well Fund Usage ReportsAct 13 of 2012, signed into law on February 14, 2012, provides for the imposition of an unconventional gas well fee (also known as an impact fee) and the distribution of those funds to local and state governments.
